Melrose on the Bay- Drugs, break ins, rats, bugs, flooding, unprofessional/rude office staff, and poor maintenance. I've lived here for almost 3 years, and this place has gone way down hill. It used to be a quite place to live, but between people getting murdered here, increasing rent for "upgrades", always seeing pest control and having issues with roaches, them taking their sweet time to "repair" anything, dog poop everywhere, people breaking into apartments and vehicles....I could go on. I have had the worst experience ever dealing Windsor Lakes and Element management payroll. I would not tell a soul about you guys
This company does not respect its tenants. On 8/5/19, the maintenance supervisor Julius came to check my apartment due to scheduled renovations. I needed to use the restroom before they arrived. I locked my bedroom door and my bathroom door was closed. I also work from home, which means he unlocked my bedroom door, walked past my desk with two monitors up and running, and still walked straight into my bathroom. I live at Windsor Lakes in Woodridge, Il and it's horrible. it takes an act of God to get maintenance to fix anything. the condition of the place is terrible. Maintenance runs the place and is running it into the ground. Can't wait to move out.
I've been trying to reach this company for almost a month now. I have called multiple times and left messages and sent emails. Still to this day no one has reached back out to me. Very unprofessional!!
I live in Champion Lake apartments Shreveport Louisiana, so sad since this company took over those apartments are no the same! Used to be really nice and great quality residents, now is just becoming ghetto and really poor management.
After the merger of 3 the entities the focus seems to be, more than ever, on “book” income. The renovation department should be called the bandaid box. LV is a muscle bound 60+ joke of a prop. File a suit if you have an issue or you WILL NOT get a reply. Worked there—been there—-broke free
I have been a resident at Melrose on the bay for 3 years. I DO NOT recommend living here the maintenance is horrible I’ve requested my shower be fixed twice now the first time this happened I fell through the tub because of poor structure from the leak that was never fixed also that caused black mold they never treated so now that bathroom we don’t use because there is yet another hole in the tub that has never been fixed properly and reeks of black mold. Having lived at one of their Clearwater properties for 3 years "Melrose on the Bay" this is decidedly the WORST management company EVER. They have refused at different points to replace mailboxes, to the point where USPS has shut down all mail delivery, the excuse being "it will cost 80,000 dollars to replace all boxes on the property" after being told it is a federal law we got ONE bank replaced.
