Don’t bother living at any property managed by Element National Management if you want to have a working washer/dryer and hot water. I don’t know how a company with properties in 11 different states can’t afford to fix broken amenities within a reasonable amount of time. If you want to spend a month with a hole in your ceiling from a roof leak because your property management is too incompetent to figure out what’s going on, I guess this company is right for you. The are in Violation Ga HB 346 of the ADA ...uninhabitable living conditions...unskilled laborer ...mold spore infestation and yet to repair they want to open the walls up while tenant is occupying premises and refuse to end lease although a doctors letter has been forwarded that will harm the disabled veteran....shame on these foreigners for taking advantage of American veterans and using America to get rich from
I sent this email to the property manager of Glenwoods in Jackson Michigan which is one of your properties. My apartment flooded Monday night and it is now Thursday and it has STILL not been cleaned up. The water smells and my breathing has been horrible. Your property manager has yet to call or email me back but did have her staff threaten me yesterday with having to pay 2 months rent for moving out without up days notice. Poor maintenance to your units
they need to allow maintenance to view work orders and get things taken care of. will never rent with this company again. highly dissatisfied
They do not answer the phone. my daughter, son-in-law and grandson are living in roaches and mold. The management of the apts will not fix their apt. or move them. So they called your office several times and left msgs on on your Facebook page with no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED! YOU SHOULD NOT TREAT OTHERS LIKE THIS!
