It's actually pretty decent. The employees are helpful, the noise is minimal, and the condition of the apartment was pretty good. I'm also surprised how many resources there are available. So far having a good time here.
After a not good experience at the beginning due to poor management, the new Pearl manager Meg really helped me feel better about my experience and made up for it. I will now be renewing my lease instead of moving. Very nice buildings also
