RecommendedI’ve lived at the Pearl for two years now and love the community. The people who work here are super friendly. Monica and Annabelle helped my move in process go as smooth as possible. Location is also great.

I have lived in the Pearl for the past year and have enjoyed it alot. I get live in a very safe and clean building that I feel comfortable coming in to at all times of the day. It is also awesome being across the street from Safeway and Lifecycle Bike shop while being able to walk to school and down town in 15 minutes. Also the Sky deck has been a sweet place to bbq and hangout now that the weather is warmer.
Element Communites is amazing! They have four properties in the Eugene area all within a mile radias of campus, downtown area, good eateries, etc. The properties are new, clean, and hospitable. One of my favorite perks is that they host resident events anywhere from hiking, beer and wine tasting, and game nights, you name it! Its a great way to be involved in the community and this place really makes you feel like home. I highly recommend this place to live.
Most Excellent. Living and working here is a dream.
Definitely my favorite community in Eugene, so happy it’s my future home next year!
