Element communities is a very engaged community that clearly works hard to promote inclusiveness and do small-large things to bring joy to students. I’ve never seen a company do more give-aways or offer more goodies to their renters. Always speedy to respond, and though I’ve never lived with them, I’ve specifically looked at moving to their community because I love the attitude and environment they support! �
These guys are amazing, they work with their tenants to make sure you get in, the community is awesome, the neighbors are great, and for the price I couldn't ask for a better deal. Every house comes with a 60" flat-screen in the living room, Inot house heating, and fast Internet comes with every separate apartment. I love it here and plan on staying here for a while, hope to see more neighbors soon!
The apartments are nice and a good value for the rent, but the management office is hard to get a hold of and isn't the most helpful
I loved CampusTown Apartments. The management is always on point, and very helpful when needed. If you're looking for the most bang for your buck, and a strong community then look no further!
What a great community! The staff and environment was extremely friendly when I came in to tour. I cant wait to move in when I move to Eugene!
