Signed up one lease at The pearl. Recently,I submitted 2 maintenance request.The maintenance memeber canceled my work order with “We talked with her to reschedule a time”(actually I never see them ). second time,they canceled my order with “cleard drain “.I was at home all day ,I NEVER see someone coming to my place. Third time ,after talking to Manager Ben this morning,he is willing to help me out with the situation.Thanks for that.He is really helpful. I love living at the Anthony! It is a convenient, easy walk to campus, bus lines, and other stores. The apartment is so cute. Additionally, all of the amenities within the complex are fairly new, and work really well. The maintenance comes really quick in the event they are needed. And the leasing office is super helpful. I feel so welcomed in my home by all of the Element communities employees.
Ive been living at the Pearl for a couple years now and i enjoy how close it is to the school and also the peace and quiet :)
I've lived at The Sonja for the last two years and I've already signed up my lease from the third. This was my first time living on my own and I couldn't be happier with my selection of apartment. In my one-bedroom apartment, there's still enough space for all my stuff I brought with me from home and it's very easy to get chores done with the high-powered dishwasher and an in-unit laundry and dryer. Monica is beyond the most helpful in complex employee! Whenever I have an issue with especially one that needs to be addressed immediately I know I can always ask her at any time!
