I appreciate the care I receive from the entire staff. I always receive a warm friendly greeting from reception and very caring and personal attention from Val, who is very concerned about my comfort during cleaning. She understands my problem with my small mouth. Dr Elcano always takes time to go over any concerns or question I may have. I always feel like I got the best dental care I could possibly get.

Always a pleasure to go into Dr. Elcano office. All of the employees greet you and call you by name. They are so pleasant and my teeth look amazing thanks to their care.
I was leaving for vacation in 2 days and broke a tooth. Dr. Elcano took care of me the next day , fixed my tooth and I left for my trip on time. So thankful she is so dedicated and professional.
Awesome customer service. Val Smith has been my hygienist for more years than I can remember. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I always have a very pleasant experience, which is not always the case at some dental offices. Dr. Elcano has been the best dentist that I have ever seen. She is always stays up with new technology and is one of the friendliest and most compassionate people I have met. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
I'm picky about my dentist, I used to travel back home 900 miles to see my old dentist in fact. That was only until my first appt at Elcano Dental. I have the best hygienist in the world in Valerie. She digs deep, not only at my gums but at my overall health to see what can be affecting me. Then she gives me a realistic plan for improving (all without scolding me!). I have been a patient with Dr. Nichole Elcano for 10 years. The respect and care I continue to receive remains excellent. From the time you walk in the office, to the time you exit the office, the entire staff makes your experience very positive. They don't treat you and street you.
