It happened again yesterday. A person in my exercise class came up to me and said “ you have beautiful teeth”. She also told me she was a hygienist however, not with Dr. Elcano. I had just had my teeth cleaned and I guess it showed. I have always said that my teeth are my best feature thanks to Dr. Elcano and her dedicated team.
Always professional and yet friendly. I won’t go anywhere else!
I have never been treated so wonderfully at a dental office! From the moment I came through the doors, I was greeted warmly and cheerfully. I had met Dr.Elcano, whose friendly and knowledgeable demeanor put me at ease immediately. The treatment was purely fine for aesthetics. I am thrilled -beyond my expectations.
The staff from the moment you enter the door are kind as can be. They fully explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable. They don't suggestive sell! They do have posters up of different offers for services that they provide, but they don't pressure. In my experience they didn't even mention any of the other services until I asked for more information about them.
Always a positive experience. Outstanding customer service and patient care. Dr. Nic and the rest of the team at Elcano Dental are world class.
Love my dentist , miss Val.....
Dr. Elcano and her team go above and beyond their abilities to take awesome care of their patients. Going to the dentist was not one of my favorite things to do, but now I can say actually say I don’t mind it. Thanks To Doctor Elcano and Vicki.

Dear Dr. Elcano. Hi. I must comment on yesterday's dental cleaning. I was surprised Val Smith did not clean my teeth. I hope Val is ok. I miss Val. I probably will always miss Val. Val has cleaned my teeth for 40 years. Val is like family to me. Val has cleaned my teeth in a professional, gentle and loving manner.
