I can honestly say that I wish I would not have agreed to having my procedure done (crown). My tooth was not causing me pain at the time of the procedure. I wish I would have waited for the tooth to become bothersome before partaking in getting the crown on. After 5 attempts to have this permanent crown placed... it is finally on. Dr Elcano herself is always outstanding and comforting. I was brought in right away after my mishap the night before with my tooth. The only issues I had was I did not have an understanding of my options after my tooth was pulled and I thought that would be discussed so an appointment could be made. Upon asking the front desk she had no answers and stated she would email me with options for possibly fixing the pulled tooth with quotes but I have yet to review anything or hear from anyone. Val is the best hygienist I've ever had. Perfect combination of knowledge, technique and personality. As long as I have teeth, I will never go anywhere else!
I had a crown come off. I got in asap the cap was put on very quickly . I have always been happy with the staff, especially Val.
