I met with Dr. Chang for the first time this week for consultation on a problem tooth and bone loss. He was friendly and relaxed, very professional, and communicated well, including showing me diagrams about gum disease and explaining why I might need a root canal from an endodontist. My dentist recommended Dr. Chang highly when I needed a gum graft recently. Dr. Chang and his staff made sure that I was well-informed, calm, and comfortable throughout the process and were generally a pleasure to deal with. I had a good result with a minimum of pain, and would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains everything in details. He's very nice and friendly as well as his staff. My recent procedure went well. I was expecting that it's going to be painful but did not feel any pain even if the anesthesia had worn off, there was no need to take pain medications. He's the best! I highly recommend Dr. Chang.
Referred to his practice for a dental implant. He is very kind and gentle in his procedures. Explains in detail. Is accessible by cellphone anytime. Called to check on me the day after the proceedure. Office staff is also kind, helpful and professional. Office is clean. Location easy to get to and parking in front of office. Would recommend, and use for future services if needed.

Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained my options. His office staff is also extremely professional and kind. They followed up with me throughout the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable and wasn't experiencing any problems.
This dentist takes your money again and again and then decides he does not want to do the work. My only thought is that he was not up to the task - although he lists these procedures on his website. But again after doing numerous x-rays and scraping and cleaning after he left me hanging. The thing is that I had seen the dentist several years earlier and had a bad feeling but I gave him anther chance. That makes me the idiot I guess. Another dentist has done the work with no problem.

I am impressed with the attention, care, coordination, and expertise with which Dr. Chang and his entire team work – individually and together. All of them were kind, professional, and attentive my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.

I appreciated Dr Chang's explanations and his competance with carrying out procedures, as well as his kind, easy going professional manner. I can echo the same about Sandy, his hygienist, and Sarah at the front desk who are calm, friendly, polite and competent with their jobs also. This was dental surgery, not a usual pleasant experience, yet being in their care was just that.
