My procedure included 3 visits. Each time, the staff was ready for my arrival. I had little to no wait time. Dr. Chang’s assistant was knowledgeable and communicated what would happen when Dr. Chang entered the room. Dr. Chang was thorough, and communicated throughout the entire procedure. All staff were professional and kind. I hope I don’t need to see Dr. Chang again, but if I do need go to a periodontist in the future, he’s my guy!

Dr. Chang and his staff are phenomenal! Dr. Chang is very kind, thorough and thoughtful with explaining care plans, and most importantly, I had a great result for my two procedures. A different oral surgeon did a gum graft on another tooth a few years ago and it was horribly painful for a month. Was dreading procedure because of previous experience in Atlanta, but Dr. Chang was skilled, and efficient. Procedure was a lot less painful than I expected. . . basically just the injections for the anesthesia. Explained what he was doing and answered questions. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend. Not cheap, but worth it.

I have had 2 extractions and following implants with Dr. Chang. Caring, competent, excellent dental care, office staff friendly and super helpful. Everything was organized, easy, and very professional. I think Dr Chang is a wonderful dentist and I would not go anywhere else! It is NOT a large office where you are treated as a number where no one knows your name. They answer the phone promptly and in person. It’s like old fashioned personal excellent care without a hitch. Highly recommend.

I went to Dr Chang for an implant, and found, he and his staff to be ultra professional, knowledgeable and caring. They go above and beyond to be sure the patient is well cared for. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt no pain after the initial numbing wore off, and didn’t need pain meds. He is very gentle and patient. Teeth issues are stressful for me, but Dr Chang and his team made my dental procedures, go very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr Chang to all of my friends that need a periodontist, he’s amazing.

I have a mouthful of root canals, gum recession issues and newly diagnosed periodontal disease. My history also gives me a reference point of care. In diagnoses such as mine, one relies on great periodontal care. I am a retired RN, so while I have zero expertise or experience with oral health, other than a few classes included in the digestive system! The staff was pleasant and very informative. Time was taken to thoroughly explain all aspects of the gum graft procedure. I found Dr. Chang to be someone who relates well to people and who recognizes the uneasiness that one can have going through such a procedure. He was very thoughtful, understanding, and professional. I have found a periodontist who has my confidence and trust.
