Great Doctor, explains things so that you understand them!
Very pleased with my first consult with Dr. Banerjee. She explained, answered my questions and was very, very nice. I’ll be looking forward towards next visit.
My experience was wonderful. The virtual connection was great and all my questions were well answered. I regret that due to my moving the laptop we lost connection just at the end of our time. I am very pleased with the care that I receive from Ela Banerjee.
My first visit went very well, we talk about my issues and she gave me recommendations. Ordered blood work. She was pleasant and didn't get in a hurry.
I was not very happy. I checked in at the front desk and they took all my information. I went over to the window. Spoke to a person at the window and told her, I was there to see Dr. Banerjee and she him OK and close the window. I went and sat and waited for over half an hour. Finally the medial assistant to Dr. Banerjee came out and said are you Kent, and she brought me in and said that the doctor would not be able to see me because we they late in the process and had a very tight schedule.
