Unsanitary employees and negligent manager. Found hair in the food. Tried to call the manager on the phone, but I was put on hold for nearly an hour and they never came back. EDIT: Finally got a hold of someone, and he tried to blame the delivery guy. The delivery guy was a bald old man. It definitely wasn't him.
The macho nachos were awesome the steak tacos were fantastic and the blood orange margaritas were outstanding! The wait staff are very pleasant and courteous. We had a reservation so we were seated pretty much right away. I highly recommend El Vez if you are looking for a great Mexican meal.
Service was extremely poor. Our server was inattentive, took 10+ minutes to ask for a drink order, 25 to take a dinner order, left our beverages empty - never asked to refresh them, put our order in incorrectly and only came back to check on us when we had nearly finished. Guacamole lacked flavor for the price. Dissapointing after having had prior positive experiences from Starr.
We had a great time- fun atmosphere, great waiter, fun food, prices could've been a little lower for what we had but we still had a great time, AND most importantly, my daughter loved it!
El Vez is a great spot, especially on a cold winter day. Bar staff outstanding and drinks wow amazing. Can’t wait it to go back.
Brussel Sprouts...a must have..make reservations because everyone loves this place...
