Our Family has been serving freshly made Mexican Food since 1968. We offer traditional dishes to Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten Free Options. We use only quality ingredients and cook our food in Canola, Olive or Coconut Oils. Lard is only used for our Pork & Beef Tamales. Our Menu offers a variety of options. Enchiladas, Tacos, Burritos, Chicken Mole, Caldo de Pollo, Menudo, Cactus, Huevos Rancheros, Chorizo, Fajitas and many more. Including American & Mexican Breakfast on Saturday Mornings.

We have visited El Tipico twice. Both times the food was excellent, and everyone in our large family was very happy with their meals. Even our vegetarian and gluten-free family members had lots to choose from. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. All of our order was accurate, and the food came out of the kitchen quickly. We will be back again and again.

We went there this evening for my birthday. None of us had ever been there before and thought we would give it a try. The experience was absolutely horrible! Service was horrendous. First thing said to our waitress was it was separate bills. It came in one bill. Also were overcharged for a SMALL quesedilla as a large and for am extra taco that no one ordered. Very nice place. Delicious food and good customer services.
The waitresses were very friendly and the food was great. We are vegetarian and this restaurant has so many tasty options. The soup was filled with flavor, the crust on the Mexican pizza was crispy and unique, and the flauta and combo were really good! We are so impressed that 95% the food we ate was organic.
Food was fresh - could have used a bit more spice and would have loved a Corona with it!
Great food! We met the owner today at lunch- she is awesome. My family loves the fresh, organic ingredients. Perfect stop after a trip to the zoo.
Even after 20 years the food is still amazing!!! Warm and cozy setting just like home. Recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic mexican cuisine. The waitstaff did a great job during dinner rush and i really enjoyed the fact that owner/management came and spoke with us. Such a wonderful experience. Will return again ☺
