Great happy hour specials! And great service from Kenny as we sit in front of the fire. A wonderfully restored historic site.
I have to say this is hands down the best restaurant up here! Amazing food, great place...other places up here are gonna have to step up their game! Highly recommend for your outta state guests for that Colorado experience.
Amazing lunch!! Had the BBQ chicken meal and the chicken was juicy, delicious sauce, beans are fantastic! I destroyed my meal leaving nothing but bones on the plate! We met Paul one of the owners, let us sample some beer... yummy! Thanks so much for the great lunch! We will be back!!
If I could give this place a negative -10 I would. We were a party of nine. The food is nasty, cold, hard and looked like roadkill. The cook can’t cook, (it’s not like the place was busy) Chicken fried steak looked like it was road kill and thrown on the grill twice over. Mash potatoes were cold and disgusting. Steak ( if that’s what you want to call it)smelt so bad, it looked like it came from the ass end of the cow. Lettuce was wilted and disgusting. We didn’t even get what was ordered. I will NEVER eat at this place again... read more
When I think of a Ruben sandwich what comes to mind is rye bread, sauerkraut, corned beef and thousand isle dressing. That's it. What I got was some type of bread, corned beef topped with coleslaw. Don't call it a Ruben. Call it something different. The onion rings were great! Service was fair.
I had chicken fried chicken and hubby had fried chicken. And jalapeño poppers. The only issue food wise were the biscuits which were hard and crumbly and cold. Chicken was well seasoned and serving size was nice. We had leftovers the next night. I didn't give 5 stars as our waiter was not so great and couldn't answer any of our questions about the beers. He said he could go find a manager that could but never did. We enjoyed the Valhalla and took a growler home. We will be back and hope for better service.
Great food and service by DAVID. Love the decor. COZY!! Thank you for super service!!
