We order from you almost every week. I am so sick & tired of not getting it the way we want. We specifically state NO CILANTRO, every time. We just ordered again & as you usually do, you put tons of cilantro on my fish tacos. I will not be ordering from you again.

Tried calling 4 times in a row tonight to order dinner to go. 1st time they told me I had the wrong number and hung up. 2nd time they admitted they were El Rancherito and then hung up. 3rd time, I quickly said I wanted to place an order to go. They hung up. 4th time. They answered the phone and then hung it up. Really!?
Unbelievable experience tonight..... Situation... place was not busy(5 or 6 tables seated) waitress took drink orders and didn't return for 7-8min. Took order and we waited 20-25 min for 3 plates of nachos and my seafood chimichanga. Note 5 or 6 tables seated. Different waiter brings our food which was cold. I get 3 bites into my food and find a long hair in my rice... I'm done eating. Told waitress about the cold food and that there was hair, which I threw on the floor, in my food. Food was mediocre, service was Nonexistent. waiter brought our food and we never saw him again.
We had a late meal Friday night. The food was fast hot and good. very reasonably priced.
