They got really great at making their appointments on time. Used to have to sit for 2-3 hours even with an appointment, but now you wait no more than 15 minutes and sometimes don’t wait at all! They’ve improved 100% in my book! Always take care of me for whatever I’m coming in for. Just wish they had more specialists available for other resources.
