We love El Matador and have been a regular since the seventies! David is the best! Love all the food and staff!
Steak Fajitas are the best ever!!chicken tacos are second for me but the food is fresh and delicious every time!!
Quaint setting, excellent attention to service, salsa was some of the best I've ever had with such fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. Definitely suggest you experience this taste sensation. This was my first time visiting but will not be my last when I am in the Greenville area.

I have followed this restaurant since 1968. Anytime, I try Mexican food anywhere else I am always disappointed. I would like to give it 10 stars.
The very best Mexican food in Greenville. We have been eating here since they first opened in the 70's . The quality and friendliness of staff is always the same. I would highly recommend eating here.
