Cameron worked really hard on getting us what we wanted and Brian Day did an excellent job on promoting the end of the month specials they had going.... If it wasn't for Brian being proactive we would have never known about the specials.... Cameron made sure we didn't waste any time sitting all day at the dealership.... Once Cameron called we went up there and test drive the truck and did the paperwork and was out of there within an hour or two!!!!! Great job guys!!!!
Make sure you THOROUGHLY check over the vehicle! Frame,tires,oil etc. Get records of what was done in writing. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised with NO damage. Well, needless to say I had to pay for items I was lied to about that was already done. The best part is I was able to get ahold of old owner to confirm body damage that El Dorado lied about then accepted acknowledgement. They did repaint half the truck after the fact. I purchased a used vehicle from Eldorado Mazda / Chevrolet, and bought the 2 year extended power train warranty. The radiator was cracked and the car started overheating three weeks later. When I took the vehicle in, I was told that there was nothing they could do, and I was basically on my own. I asked if they checked out the cars they take in, and the pre-owned sales manager told me that they only do the bare minimum that the State of Texas requires, and he could not get involved. Please avoid this dealership!
Compared to Stonebriar Chevrolet this place was a lot better and customer service was more attentive. I thought pricing was too expensive for the work I had done.
I don't know about the Chevrolet part of this business but the mazda section of people were absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend.. make sure you ask for Wally. He was super nice and went above and beyond all expectations that I had of a car dealer. Highly impressed!
Went to get an oil change and tires rotated took over 3 hours. Ridiculous
Amazing experience! I was in and out with a brand new car in 1hr. 15min. I love my 2016 Chevy Equinox!!
Body shop is mediocre at best. Minor repairs & had overspray all over the windows.
