Great people everyone always willing to help. The sale Kp and the rest of the guys are awesome.the service dept is great team love Anita , Ty, Pete they always will to help and go the actors mile . And the part dept great job Danny, Chris .
I stopped at El Doradi Chevy accidentally. I was looking for Buick but I thought i may have written the wrong dealership down. We drove onto their lot and they happen to have the minivan that were we looking for. We met Chuck and he should us the Odyssey. The El Dorado Chevy team was amazing and we made a deal. We are the proud owners of a Honda Odyssey. This is exactly what a car buying experience should be. I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a 2016 Tahoe LS and a 2016 Silverado Z71 recently from Chevrolet EL Dorado McKinney! Gary Evans was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and was able to get us exactly what we wanted! I would recommend Gary and Chevrolet El Dorado McKinney to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great service!
My husband bought a used truck from this dealership with promises of being sent the rear headrests that were no longer in the vehicle. We bought this vehicle a month ago, still haven't received the headrests! My husband has contacted the sales person Walley and the Used Sales Manager Richard Dobbs regarding this issue with negative results. We've been contacting them every week for over a month and have heard every excuse you can imagine. Terrible service and communication skills.
I love Eldorado Chevrolet!! I have great Friends there and won't travel anywhere else!! Cameron Williamson is the best in Sales!! You can't beat any department they all make you feel at home and will work their tales off to get you where you need to be!! Thank you Cameron, Rusty snd Tommy!! Also my Camaro is Awesome!!!!!

Congrats to Eldorado Chevrolet for coming in at the last minute to be my worst buying experience of 2015 (which includes 3 other cars). If your service department worked as hard at trying to fix an issue as they do quoting Texas law then I'm sure they could have figured out cold fusion by now. I wouldn't let this place work on my pedal car.
Had our Trailblazer in for repair. Great dealing with Peter and the service department. We'll be back.
