I am very happy I decided to go to El Dorado to purchase my Chevy Spark. Everyone was extremely helpful and they tried their absolute best to make sure i was 100% happy!!

The service department has to be on top of the list for the worst in the country! I took my 2015 Silverado with 1,485 miles on it and the service advisor gave me every reason on why he couldn't fix or even attempt to listen to the noise I was hearing! If this is how they treat people after the sale I wouldn't even attempt to purchase a car from them! STAY AWAY!
I just bought a 2013 Ford F-150 from their used car department. Our salesman, Billy Medina, was awesome. Very friendly and worked to get us what we wanted. The sales manager, Richard Dobbs, was awesome and went above and beyond. He worked hard to get us a great deal. It's nice to be in a dealership where you feel you can trust the employees and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. Honest and hardworking staff.

Was told an estimate over the phone by the Service department to come, get the work done, and then be told it was going to be 5x more than quoted. Ridiculous.
I bought my first and last vehicle from them. I bought a 2015 Suburban. The final paper work was stressful, no walk thru of vehicle once bought and to top things off I was lied to about an item that was suppose to be on the vehicle and wasn't. I'm stuck with it now. NEVER WILL BUY FROM THIS GROUP AGAIN!!!
They like to run 15+ hard pulls on your credit and make your credit score go from a 700+ to a 400 even if you are pre approved with customer financing!!! Be carful going here to buy a car, you will not finance anything else for 2 years because they will do anything to screw you over...
Do not buy a used vehical from this dealer the service department turns off the check engine lights and throws them on the lot for sale the morning after i bought my truck the check engin light came on showing i have a faulty emissions system i have emailed the general manager several times and get no response. I have emailed the sales person and get no response from him either so im here to tell everyone this dealership is a rip off.
The guys at the Body Shop really understand customer service and quality. I'll gladly referr this Shop to anyone. Great job, thanks. S G
had extensive body repair done, came with a "lifetime warranty" - this week El Dorado Chevrolet did not honor the warranty...
