I purchased a 2016 Colorado from El Dorado Chevrolet back in '16 and I have never enjoyed the process until then. The sales representative made the process painless and quick. I take my truck to El Dorado for regular service not only for the warranty but because the service area team makes me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend El Dorado Chevrolet!

Love everything about this dealership but especially Bobby Stark. We have bought several vehicles from him. He isn't pushy and always explains everything about the vehicle with a great amount of patience!!!! I highly recommend him and the dealership. The service department is also outstanding as was the finance manager. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Never been to a dealership like this before it has barber etc but the customer service by Keven Perry is what every dealer should have God bless
I was referred here by a friend, specifically to Tom Bean. Easiest process ever. Traded in my GMC, and got into a new SUV without any nonsense or BS. I had to be a little more realistic about my price point, but also got a great interest rate and warranty. Definitely glad I drove 2.5 hours from east Texas, so I could work with an actual professional and not a vulcher sales person in Longview. I left three messages in the past week with the internet sales department and have not received a call back. If this is how they treat their customers I don't know how they stay in business. I'll buy my next Chevy somewhere else.
