RecommendedOver the years we have probably 30 or more cars from El Dorado Chevrolet! From the general manager Mark Welch to our sales person Bobby Starks. The experience was awesome got a great deal !
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I love the "no pressure" sales they have. I purchased my vehicles here because they have me a great deal, not because I was pressured into it by a pushy salesman! I am a widow and a lot of dealerships would try to take advantage of a single woman. I traded In my truck and bought a smaller car, they did not give me all my belonging out of my truck, I called back the next day and they said they would look and I never got a response, pretty ridiculous, so I won’t be going there anymore, I had to use my own money to go buy stuff that they either lost or kept
Never had as much paperwork problems when buying a new vehicle as we have had at this dealership. Very frustrating ☹️
We had a great experience. Unlike some dealerships we were able quickly comes to terms on a great new vehicle without the the dreaded back and forth. If your are looking a vehicle I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Al Wagner, he was my salesperson and was polite and personable.
They don’t even deserve the 1 star! Liars and take advantage of older people buying cars. My mom and husband returned vehicle after calling a lawyer.
I walked out with the deal of the week with them, which included driving them nuts and pissin them off !! I got what I wanted. !
Don't bait me into your dealership w/ a promise of a high trade in value for my used car then cut it by 4K. I even talked to Mark to make sure this was NOT going to happen and he said their "letters" were spot on on the prices. Trade in value is based on 12K miles per year? Didn't say that anywhere on the letter. So we will not be getting a new Traverse from El Dorado. And when we get ready to get my wife a new truck we will look elsewhere then also. This tactic just cost you two sales: one now and a future sale.
Terry was a great salesman, I had the deal sorted out before I even got to the dealership. He sent many pics of certain things on the truck and pointed out the only flaw for me (used truck) and was a very up front honest sales guy. The truck was in the condition he stated when I checked it, went in did paper work and I was literally in the dealership for 1.5 hours at most. Easiest transaction ever will Forsure be a lifetime customer here.
