I leased a 2018 Equinox, the sales people were great, the sales experience was great, the finance guy was great. The delivery of the vehicle not so great, make ready did a horrible job. The car was dirty on the inside, the windows had not been cleaned inside or out, the suction cup spots on the front window were even still there. Some of the plastic they use to cover some things on the inside had not been removed either.
We bought 2 vehicles last year, went in today to buy a used Tahoe. After getting an estimate from their website for trade and the Tahoe, they refused to honor any numbers their website produced, on top of that since we were “important return customers” they low balled on our trade, which was a 2017 Z71 with 20k miles, offering us well below book. All I ask is to honor what your website produces.

Bought a 16’ Tahoe there and have had many problems with it and returned the truck for vibration issues on hwy. Only replaced one bad tire that was out of spec of what they said and returned other times to just get a force balance on all tires and came to conclude that my truck vibrates due to its high mileage said by Steven at service dept.
