Great price! I got lucky to get an updated 3bedroom townhome, I love the new flooring the big windows and the location of my unit since parking is right in front of my place, the bedrooms are decent size the neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful if I need anything. Absolutely is a great value for the size and bedrooms that I got
Love this community I wish I could give them 5 stars because this is a wonderful place to live! If you need anything fixed they are there the same day, the leasing agents are easy to talk to... BUT parking is a major issue we have visitor parking and residential parking and the "visitors" parking in the resident park all the time. You will never have a parking sport if your work come home after 4! The rental off ice has still yet to fix this issue and it's going on well over a year
El Dorado The townhome are very spacious. In comparison to nearby rentals you are getting a lot of space for your money. There were only a few times where I did need maintenance, and contrary to other reviews they always came quickly and resolved the problem, they get an A from me.
Awesome visit Did not move in to this property but It was my first contact and they were great at working with me and giving me all the information I needed. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and the all utilities included was a great perk, they informed be of another sister property and ended moving there since it was bigger and more of what I wanted. Even that I did not move in this property (El Dorado)is worth for you to stop by and take a look for your self.
Love Green Areas I love this complex because they have a lots a green areas, I highly recommend this complex to the person who reads this review
super big space living here for 2 years in a 2bed town home my unit has a basement which has been great to store all the extra stuff I have, washer and dryer hook up are in the basement which I like a lot, they have cameras ll over the property and makes me feel a bit more at ease when I'm not home.
el doraldo apartments El doraldo apartments are nice and quiet affordable 1 - 4 bedroom's apartments and town houses... Everyone is very friendly and my landlord and his maintince crew are nice and if anything is wrong they are here to fix it whether your home or not they also have soccer games and they play against other apartment complexes with is nice and fun we also have an on site laundrymat .... Ive been here for almost 2 years I love it I'll rate 4 if we had a pool it will be an 5
Good home, great price Great town home for a low price. I was looking for a home with a split level, 2 restrooms and a washer dryer hookup. The only negative I can say is that winters suck because the bill almost triples for heat!!! All in all, I'm pleased.
El Dorado El Dorado is not just an apartment complex, it is a community. On an average day you can see kids cheerfully playing outside, and Neighbors walking their dogs. I love being able to get some exercise in the soccer field conveniently placed at the center of the complex. I also love waking up to the roars of engines coming from Indianapolis Motor Speedway behind the apartments. There are many restaurants in a walking distance too, its like the hustle and bustle of the big city in a small package.
