Last resort? You couldn’t do worse than this. The rental market is at an all time high, affordable options are few. But making the decision to “tough it out” here was a big mistake. Share your apartment with opossums crawling between your walls, reoccurring roaches, and dilapidated buildings. Maintenance is only able to do so much; you can’t put a bandage on a gaping wound! Don’t do it!
Not happy I am looking for a four bedroom for my family, and we are moving from south bend indiana and wanted a place to have just until we can get us a house. I send an email to find out if they have any four bedrooms available and no one has gotten back to me.
Suck Everytime I call the apartments they hang up on me
A Place To Call Home After a somewhat rocky transition to new management, I still love this place. Diana is an efficient, thorough, kind and helpful manager. These are older homes and the usual maintenance problems occur. Maintenance is dispatched quickly to do repairs. The only problem is loud music that residents play when the office closes. Overall, this is a safe place to live. I’ve been here almost a year and I am satisfied with my home.
My Review I have been living out here for almost 2 years. So far so good for me when I submit a maintenance request they come. They fix the issue in a timely manner. I like paying my rent online & how the portal is setup for your records.
I love it here I have been living here for 1 year. I have never had any problems. Anytime I need something fixed they are right here in a timely matter. Victor is a very honest and great guy. I'm looking forward in to signing another lease. I love it here
Muy buena zona y buenos apartamentos Dorado apartment es una muy buena zona para vivir y muy buen anbiente para los niños es seguro. Los apartamentos muy bonitos y comodos segun lo que estes buscando y muy economicos. Areas muy limpias, seguridad. Cuando envias un request a los de mantenimiento vienen rapido a solucionar el problema requerido. Realmente me encanta vivir en estos apartamentos.
Nice spacious 4 bedroom apartment I have live at this complex for a little over a year and I love it. It’s a nice size 4 bedroom and i really like it because it’s a townhome. I have not had had any issues since I have lived here. The manager is a pretty cool dude and will do what he can to accommodate when necessary. El Dorado is a nice place to live and I would recommend it any day
Don't fall for the lies !!! The only reason i gave them a star was because a rating is mandatory! Bills are ridiculous i have never paid that much for a condo in my life ! My parents live in a 5 bedroom 3 floor home with over 2000 square footage and their bill is merely half of that. My carpet smells like cat urine and has given me chronic headaches.
