I am 39 weeks pregnant with my first child, scheduled for induction and I’m already having issues with this hospital. I was told 1 week ago, my induction would be 8/8 at 7:30 pm. I called at 7:00 last night- they tell me they can’t take me and to call back in the morning at 5:00 am. I call this morning at 5:00, they say call at 8:00. Just made my 8:00 am phone call and now it’s 10:00. Einstein, you need a better system for inductions. It’s rude and a disregard for peoples time/schedules to have a system like this in place. Great accommodations, wonderful bedside manner and food was not half bad ;)
Worst hospital ever, I don’t know how the doors stay open, staff is rude, the ED dept is mess, 15 hours laying on a gurney waiting for a room, unacceptable
sat in waiting for 3 1/2 hrs
From the ER to discharge, my family was so happy with the care my mother received this week. She was treated for in such a caring and gentle way, always responding to her needs in a timely manner or anticipating them before we even asked. Special shout out to ER nurse, Len, and third floor nurses Mackenzie, Wendy, Andrea, and Onyi. CNA Brandon was likely one of the most gentle and compassionate medical staff members I have ever encountered. He was incredible with my mom. We can't stop talking about the care she received.
