I am 24 weeks pregnant, with a high risk pregnancy. I am scheduled for monthly growth ultrasounds. My ultrasound was originally scheduled for yesterday, rescheduled to today. Friday I received a call telling me I couldn’t bring anyone with me. Now, this morning, 3.5 hours before my ultrasound.. I receive a call that it is cancelled and isn’t being rescheduled for 4 weeks. Went to the ER for gall bladder problems. Was seen almost immediately. My Doctor Lukas and nurse Una were very compassionate. Sent me for testing and gave me meds for pain immediately. Waited a bit for surgery later that day but again - my surgeon and the OR staff were great. Stayed overnight and my nurse AnnMarie was the best. Had to help me use the bathroom in the middle of the night and get me meds and she was always smiling. Her shift replacement Mackenzie was great. This place is a joke!!! They refused to take my family member back because of shift change. So much for an emergency room. Please don’t go here for an emergency go to another hospital. Big new building but horrible service.
My significant other recently had a seizure and was then diagnosed with rhabdo. The nurses (especially Margie, Michael, and Ashley) were fantastic, the facilities were clean, and the diagnosis and treatments were prompt. They did everything they could to minimize this traumatic experience for us. Keep doing a great job, team!
I cannot speak highly enough of the caring group who saw me through my visits and chemo treatments. Your oncology nursing staff is a credit to the trying work they do. Caring, kind, professional- they do all they can to make a frightening, stressful time easier to bear. Thank you! I rang the bell yesterday! I thought the staff here was simply amazing. My mother recently passed away January 24th while in hospice. Samantha and her hospice team, as well as the nursing director the housekeepers, the servers everyone, was so incredibly kind and caring to my mother and our family. We were there 24 hours a-day and they never kicked us out or made us feel we were in the way as we stayed with our mom.
