Long hours, combined with tremendous physical and emotional demands and high-stakes work, can make it a challenge. My husband went in today to get a heart catheterization. Lauren and Allie were his nurses and were amazing! Due to COVID, I couldn’t stay in the waiting area, but they called me throughout the day to let me know his status. He ended up getting 2 stents and they made sure to go over everything with me for his after care and medicine. Thank you both for calming my fears and taking such good care of my husband!

I wanted to share my exceptional experience I had the past two days at Einstein. I went to the ER thinking I had an ovarian cyst ruptured when low and behold I had two kidney stones. I am Queen K Stones, I have had more than my share of them. If anyone has had them you know the extreme pain they are. My ER nurse, Una/Uma (apologize if incorrect spelling) was exceptional. best hospital ever.. they really take care of you
I sat in severe pain following a deep second degree and third degree burn to the palm of my hand for 4.5 hours with no care. Nothing for pain other than a room temperature ice pack. Then they charted the entire situation incorrectly in my chart. They did not require others in the waiting room to wear masks during an international pandemic. Reckless and inhumane negligence.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for a broken arm
By having Humans answer the phone, not bloody machines!
