An elderly family member was there 2 weeks ago with internal GI bleeding. Almost died. Went home but hemoglobin dropped again and after being called and told she was in transit, was ultimately “diverted” to Suburban, which has no GI capabilities. We were waiting and asking what happened to her. 30 minutes before I even found out where our loved one was. Never again.
Einstein Medical needs to re-evaluate the company that they use for their answering service. The person I talked to, named Dion, was rude to both me and my wife, asked me for my information, then when I tried to give it to him, talked over me and would not let me give him the information. Overall, I feel Einstein's service has been going down hill over the years.
So unorganized. They take your name you sit a half hour. Then they call u to registration then you miss your turn cause they’re training someone. Then u sit another half hour called back to do your vitals. And they say go sit again we’ll call you it’s been another half hour. That’s an hour and a half. And not even seen yet
the staff could definitely use some training and hospitality I've been here for a couple days with my wife and the nurses are horrible not very friendly very rude and I'm even comfortable enough to say somewhere pretty discriminating a lot of these women seemed very paranoid and discriminating definitely rude I definitely don't feel comfortable walking into this place every day

Almost 4 hour wait to be seen by a doctor. Staff didnt even check on my husband. We left.
I'm so glad I chose to have my baby at this hospital! I had the BEST experience I could have asked for ... from the moment I walked into the ER, to the moment we left with our preemie 9 days later, every person who got me through an early delivery with my son made me feel as comforted as possible (I was a mess). The NICU was amazing! They were all so friendly and informative. I loved everyone there and could never thank them enough for helping my baby become strong and healthy enough to safely come home : )
