The security guards are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I've never experienced the unprofessionalism of a security guard in my life..he threatened to knock my f***** head off...ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!! my daughter had a seizure was in the emergency room for 11hrs. before they gave her a room!!so I addressed the situation and they kicked me out of the hospital,and told the west norriton police I threatened him...they had my house surrounded with police,then the next day told me I can come back to the hospital to see my daughter.. smmfh,t... read more

Excellent care. Friendly. Fast. Went in for throat abscess. Clearly spoke to me. Nurses were excellent. Doctors excellent. All other staff excellent. Clean. Organized. Efficient. Food was quick to room and good.
Had a medical emergency that required a trip to the ER & subsequent admission to make sure nothing serious was occurring! Thank you to Dorothy, Jasmine, Sarah & Heather for their awesome nursing care as well as Lamar for taking good care of my Dad & me as well! The radiology technician as well as the registrar put me at ease! Also, excellent beside and clinical care from the attending ER & PA on the night of my admission! waited in the emergency room for hours. not one single person in the waiting room got taken back while I was there. there was a man crying and moaning in pain I felt so bad for him. I ended up leaving. they asked if my son seemed better. no he didn't but I'd rather have him home sleeping comfortable than having to spend the night there in the waiting room in his car seat. I have always went to Abington hospital and have never had to wait there. I won't be back to this ER.
