watch out for two nurses on night shift in the Heart Floor 4057 an up there name is Racheal an Angela they have disrepectful to paients an ecuse people that they are not sick an should be out of there. I will never go there again even if i get sick right out front of there.
A year ago today I had a planned c section. My son was born with SVT, it was unexpected and a complete shock. The NICU staff is amazing, I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to everyone that played a part in that day. From the nurse who was just checking our vitals in recovery and "could not count his heart rate bc it was beating so fast" to the NICU dr. That rushed into my room and swooped him away in a matter of minutes. Because of all of you my son max got to celebrate his first birthday today, thank you!
We got called in at 9am for a procedure even though appt is at 12. It's now 1:00pm. No communication. Very disappointing
I have have asked for an itemized bill since August from Einstein and still haven't received it. I believe that I am being charged for extra things.😡 Does anyone know who to contact besides the billing department? I guess I going to have to drive the 45 minutes and pay them a visit.
