Loved this hospital! Had two of my babies here, and each time was the best experience we could of had. Plus the cafeteria make some delicous food!
No one wants to be at a hospital let alone being admitted. If you have to be in a hospital this is the place to be. Phenomenal, caring and friendly staff in a state-of-the-art facility. You cant do any better.
Went there for a CT scan this morning. Was greeted by a friendly information desk person who directed me to the right place. Was checked in promptly and courteously. Due to a mixup between the Dr. and the hospital, I was an hour early. (Was told I would have to drink some barium so arrive early) they told me they would try to get me back early and I'm thinking no way. 20 minutes later I was getting prepped for the scan by Susan, a very professional technician. I was outta there at 9:10 for my 9 o'clock appt.
All I can say is everyone there seems to hate there job. The two experiences I've had here in two different departments were the tow most miserable days of my life. One of the occasions was the birth of my first son. Rude nurses very unprofessional for a hospital that was supposed to be so great. One Dr was very nice Dr. Williams.
I would give no star if possible. Went there tonight (3/18/2016) with our 11 months son who fell earlier in the evening breaking his mouth palate with his lower teeth and bleeding. Waited 2 hours, from 11pm till 1 am, without being seen by any doctor. The triage nurse didn't even touch him, she just asked us few questions while typing... We asked several times what is going on, received the same placid answer "we have no rooms available, you will be seen as soon as we have one empty". Admitted twice. Once for the birth of my daughter and recently had my gallbladder removed. Cannot thank enough. Entire staff is wonderful, caring and professional. Couldn't be happier.
