Becky Hess and I cannot thank the maternity staff for their absolutely amazing, loving, compassionate care for our newborn and for Becky as well. The amount of attention to detail and knowledge was astounding and we felt like we were treated like royalty during our stay. They were amazing with our baby girl and stopped in their tracks to help us when needed. Loved the facility and staff for delivery and care of our newborn baby. However, the billing department is beyond ridiculous. I'm getting phone calls nonstop for outstanding bills that were dated in the office less than 2 weeks ago. Seriously?!? How about let the postal service process it, deliver it to me, and allow the return process to occur before harassing me for outstanding bills?? Check my account... it's paid in full.
