The Gait Lab is amazing, but the greatness ends there! Assured in writing by Einstein that BC/BS would cover our codes only to find out that was 100% lies & BC/BS have the recorded phone calls to prove that they advised Einstein all codes were deemed experimental!! Left with thousands in denied claims & a CEO (Thomas J Smith) who blows off our concerns. We have been asking for answers since 12/16 and have yet to receive one! Don't like no hospitals but if I had to be in one this is it clean everyone is friendly
The staff here were so good with my daughter, I have taken her to several hospitals and this one is the best, thank you for being so patient friendly.
