Great hospital. Great Doctors. Horrible back up staff. (most wear their name tags backwards so you can't see their names) It takes forever for anyone to answer the phones and when/if they do, they bounce you from one office to another. If you leave your name & phone number they NEVER call you back. VERY difficult to even make appointments. Horrible staff.
Staff very professional,friendly, and timely. Other than some discomfort, I thought I was in a hotel..,If you have to be in a hospital, this is the place to get well.
Considering the test i had to have the staff made my experience there as confortable as they could. From check in at Diagnostic testing to everyone in Dr. Simhans office it was a great experience and was very comfortable.
My experience in the emergency fast tract yesterday was very good everyone was thorough and professional. First time i was in and out of an emergency room ever.
I went in tester for a back procedure, and the staff was amazingly wondeful.... I would recommend this hospital to all, I had the greatest experience with the nurses and annostieouoligst
