It's not inmate friendly they put inmates in a conference room in back of cafeteria once they are discharged wheel them right by public so all can see them no bathroom make up their own rules no one should have to wait in a conference room inmate or not they don't tell regular patient they have to leave room and wait there until there transportation arrives if that's the rules it needs to be written
Worst hospital I have been too. The treatment of my mom was disgraceful. The nurses prolong discharge. They change your diagnosis every five minutes. You can not get the truth out of anyone. The IV machine broke, they told my mom they didn't have another machine. I don't know how that is possible. 6 hours later they bring a IV machine after telling so many times. There is something very wrong with this hospital. They don't take care of patients...
The worst hospital ever I was there yesterday and was there with a newborn who is a month old and a two year old was there for almost hours. The staff was rude At the emergency department horrible
The worst I have been to. 2.5 hours in the waiting room with a fall injury. Others said they where there longer. The PA stated to me something like. Today is not on is not a day for us to shine. or not one of our good days. never saw a doctor. only a pa.
Einstein is my "neighborhood" Hospital. It's within walking distance of my home and I usually use it for necessary lab work. I've had a procedure done there - when're very well and I was "handled" with courtesy and kindness. Have also been in the ER which was very good. The lab is very good but wait times are a bit annoying. Intake staff is terrific! And lab techs are excellent. (I particularly want to credit Dawn in intake for make a long wait almost fun.). I've been watching Einstein grow and it's doing great.
Everyone was nice and very patient and catering also while leaving me comfortable and with space. I would definitely recommend this hospital to any future mommas out there.
Labor & delivery is horrible...Never ever will I go there again...My niece just had a baby & we werent even able to see him for almost 4 hours...
