I will never recommend this medical center. The billing department is run by a bunch of incompetents. Constantly calling my home saying money is owed when there isn't a balance. When I call to say no there isn't a balance they say I'm right. The next day I get another call. I'm done. Maybe if they collect the co-payments at the office there wouldn't be an issue.

ICU staff is beyond amazing. My friend has many health issues and I have been to more hospitals than I can count with him. NEVER have I had an experience like the one I had here. Everything he needed was provided before asking. The nurses and respiratory therapists went above and beyond. They were prompt and above all they were kind and compassionate-which is rare in hospitals unfortunately. Also the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. I am amazed at the care he is receiving here. Great hospital, great staff, but very slow process.
Thought all of my nursing staff was awesome & caring. Even other staff members from IV team, labs, & cleaning people were friendly & very courteous. I do feel however that my PCP discharged me a bit early. Yes my lungs were clear but oxygen level was dipping off oxygen support. But you know insurance dictates everything & who cares how you feel. Get a staff without major attitudes!! Horrible from start to finish.
Father in excruciating pain and can’t walk. Was sent home to follow up with ortho. Ok but did you miss the part that he can’t walk?! So how do I get him in the house.
The nursing staff here has been amazing! Knowledgeable. Attentive. Caring... this list goes on, but not enough can be said about the team in Labor & Delivery/Maternity here at Einstein!
Been sitting alone in a room for over 2 hours without any acknowledgement. No nurses, no Dr. Been without anything to drink or anything to eat since 5 a.m. NO PAPERWORK . How can a patient sit in a room for over 2 hours and nobody has my paperwork. Thinking about having my PCP transfer me to Lansdale. Imagine that. In agonizing pain but no one around to help! Thanks alot Eintein Medical Center Montgomery.
