Unacceptable that I can't schedule a CT scan except on Tuesdays or Thursdays. What the heck is that? We got this--"I'm sorry, Joanne is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays." Guess it's time to find another hospital . . .
I stayed here for a couple days, really nice place. The staff was nice and friendly.
Visiting a friend. Meds ordered IV for pain, waited an hour to come up from the pharmacy. Another half hour sitting on the nurses station counter. When the finally came in the room, he meds could not be giving, because they didn't have an IV pump available. Wouldn't you think someone would have check for availability of an IV pump. Now my friend needs to wait in pain again. For how long is not known. Poor patient care,
Took my daughter to be seen for vomiting and the nurse and Dr's were very nice and professional. They gushed over my daughter but still answered questions from my husband and myself we were in and out within an hour
Professional, polite and genuinely nice people in the ER. The doctor and nurses kept me informed every step of the way. I drove by 2 other hospitals to go to Einstein. It was my first visit there and hopefully my last but if I do need emergency treatment Einstein will be my first choice. Thank you all.
When u ask the information person at the front desk they don't know where it is nd they send you to tha wrong place
Best people to deal with .. great staff and wonderful hospital!
