Wow. I’m truly stunned and impressed by the personalized customer service and professionalism of this shop. I live in Pittsburgh, and my friend and I wanted to buy my mom some flowers for her birthday, but we didn’t want go through FTD or something impersonal. Who knew that we absolutely made the right decision considering my mom ended up spending her entire birthday in the hospital and I was in touch all day with them as they worked around her, making sure they weren’t delivered until she was home.
