Great serviceman Have had Rickey for both plumbing and electrical services, always prompt, gets jobs done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use Efficient for any future jobs.
Great Job! Rickey (the technician) started by evaluating the problem before purchasing a replacement part. He found the problem quickly and he knew exactly what to do to fix the current appliance. He saved me money by fixing it rather than replacing it.
Great Service Communicated in advance as to the time they would be showing up, then showed up at that time. Very professional while servicing the heating and AC. Recommended a repair to be completed but first checked to see if covered by warranty (which it was). Communication, professionalism, timeliness, and expertise are all the key characteristics I was looking for and received from Efficient Systems.

AC Annual Checkup Rob Baber came on time after calling ahead and thoroughly checked out our heat pump - AC system. He recommended chemically cleaning the coils inside the outdoor compressor unit, which we are arranging. He gave us a full, clear explanation of his findings.
