Great Service Dustin from Efficient Systems came out to do routine maintenance on our furnace. He did find one issue with it and did a good job of explaining the problem and recommending a repair. I've used Efficient Systems for the past couple of years now and Dustin as well as the other team members have been great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Exceptionally quick and professional service The ejector pit pump in our basement failed a few days ago, stating a foul odor. After suspecting the cat first -- her littler box is downstairs -- we realized it was the pump. We called Efficient systems on Sunday afternoon, had Rob visit us by evening, and recommend pump replacement. On Monday late morning, Dustin H came by, did a fantastic job of replacing the pump and also walked me through some of the things to watch out for. Furnace check-up Dustin was very communicative and knowledgeable. He shared information abut my system with me so I would fully understand how it is functioning and what it might need in the future.
Seasonal Inspection and Maintenance of HVAC and heat pump Dustin was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what the inspection and maintenance involved, gave me some tips for getting the best performance out of my system, and, most importantly, did not try to sell me anything. Mine is an old system so he could have tried to sell me a new system or new expensive parts but assured me that all is working well. The price was reasonable.
Furnace issues Efficient systems staff was very prompt at resolving a furnace problem I was having. Rob B located the problem quickly and explained the issue with it very well. Most importantly I was happy to have a working furnace again!
Good work Dustin did a thorough inspection and gave us good insight into our furnaces and their efficiencies.
Service Call Dustin H came out and quickly solved our problem, made sure it was solved then explained what was wrong and what he had done to correct it. I was very pleased with their quick and professional service
