First off- don’t believe any of these five star reviews. Management gives $5 Starbucks cards out for 5 star reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. We lived here for three years. STAY AWAY unless you want to deal with the following: ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Once a month management makes you take everything out of your cabinets and closets so they can spray. And the spray does nothing. The building is infested and needs to be burned to the ground. We had to have our entire unit sealed off (inside cabinets and cracks) to take care... read more

I visited my friend and her husband here a few weeks ago and I was totally grossed out by the amount of roaches I saw. They were everywhere, from the doorway, the bathroom, kitchen cabinets, sink, pipes, corners. The exterminator company management uses does absolutely nothing to deter the problem. They have to wash their plates and cups out each time with hot water and soap before using because of the roaches. This is not sanitary and just disgusting. It’s like living next to a roach nest.
