I do NOT recommend Edinborough Commons. My boyfriend had a one bedroom apartment there for a year and is now moving in with me. His rent was around $680 - that's the flat rate...they DON'T include water in your rent as most apartments around here do. Their "valet wast service" is another $25/month added in to your rent. Please do not waste your time or money renting at this complex! It is filled with spiders, noise, and a maintenance staff that tells a bunch of lies! The promised they would fix the issues with my apartment and never did!!
Not the greatest apartment in the inside, horrible parking at night-- will have to walk a ways to your apartment in the dark, make u pay a pet fee + 10 extra a month and once I moved out they want to charge me 430+ for new carpet... Because they only replace the carpet every 5 years.... How disgusting!!!!!
