They have almost completely ruined the signed by author mat around a hand drawn self portrait by the artist. I specifically asked that they not touch the inscription. Before I agreed to their service I explained the inscription was what authenticated the pencil drawing. I paid almost $400 for nothing that makes the drawing better and ruined the mat.
