Horrible experience. Working with Oriah Ben-gal was mentally draining. He's a typical "yes man" or Sales person. He tells you what you want to hear, but I personally feel you get very little from him. After almost two weeks of asking him via email, texts, calls, voice messages to take down my listing from the MLS (with NO response) he finally responded to me when I tried calling him from a random number, talk about getting "ghosted". I would give Oriah 6 stars if I could as my property manager. In the past year and a half I have had 3 other PM's. What makes Oriah the best is that he is 10/10 responsive, efficient, and effective. He is in tune with what's ongoing now, and also aware of my future goals. I found a long term business partner in Oriah.
Very helpful, efficient and very friendly- always address the issues and promptly reply to our requests!
We have had such a good experience with EDGE Asset Management. This company was bought in March of 2008 by Carla Bunch. She has made such an improvement in the services that this company provides.
