Not all rooms are equal! The first room I received was so small, there was barely any room to walk past the bed, no tv or refrigerator . The bar was to be open for happy hour, no staff for that. Not very welcoming when coming and going past the front desk. I guess I was looking for something else, like a staff that was cordial and cheerful. Make sure you know what kind of room you’re signing up for, some share bathrooms!
RecommendedEden House was very relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a quick walk there. Very clean, great and helpful staff.
We checked in yesterday room 110. I'm very concerned that we were charged almost $400 night when we made our reservation and was told it's was your best rate. Yesterday on line I could have booked for less than 200 night and expressed my concerns when I checked in. I was told I could not cancel and rebook or could not get a lesser rate. I happed to work for hotel in Nashville and we alway accommodate our guest. Please consider some discount to help us out with our budget.… See more

They waited for us to check in (late) and the staff were very nice. It is loud by the pool and music and people still yelling at 11:30. Friday night must be karaoke night. Not a great place for tired divers but planning to make the best of it. Definitely upgrade to a bigger room!!! Either the rooms got smaller or I got bigger.
