I tried the FSBO route and failed. Eddie answered my call for help. He was straight forward and professional. He told me things that were hard to accept: nobody likes giving bad news and Eddie did calmly and professionally. As much as I hated the process of selling and lost my temper on occassion, Eddie remained steadfastly professional and kept his eye on the prize. The tools Eddie has available to sell the house were second to none, I was always informed about viewing stats and reactions.

Eddie helped us buy a home, and as first time home buyers he had his work cut out for him. We had no idea what we were looking for or how this process would go. Eddie takes the time to understand what his customers needs are and works diligently to help them find the home that fits those needs. He is well versed in the purchase process and makes sure the customer has all of the information necessary to make the best decisions. I appreciate his NO-PRESSURE approach and attention to detail. Having him at our side helped aleviate much of the stress and anxiety assocaited with the home purchase process.

Eddie has been with us since our first purchase. Several years and several properties later were proud to have Eddie for a real estate agent. Its a must to have someone who makes sure that the whole buying and selling process goes smoothly.

Eddie Mullins and his team were a tremendous asset throughout the buying process and I am grateful they were with me every step of the way.
