Eddie is very knowledgeable about the community and provided us with pragmatic and helpful service in finding and purchasing our new home. He and his assistant were terrific to work with. We had contacted Eddie over a year before we were ready to start shopping and he patiently and politely stayed in touch the whole time. Two thumbs up.

Eddie was a great choice for us. Very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He always responded with a sense of urgency, and treated us like personal friends. Eddie was a great help in selling our parents 130 year old home. The market in our area was very slow but we had a firm offer for full price in 3 months. We did everything Eddie suggested and it paid off. I would highly recommend Eddie!

Eddie is the BEST realtor in the Champaign/Urbana area. He genuinely cares about his clients. He took care of EVERYTHING for us. He kept us informed- we never had to call and ask for an update. He was great about answering any questions we had and solving any challenges that came up. I seriously can't say enough good things about Eddie and his team. I highly recommend him for any of your home buying/selling endeavors.

He was on our side from the get go! Eddie was focused, detail oriented, and had excellent initiative. By the time I brought any concerns to him throughout the process he had already began working on the resolution. I am a first time home buyer and because of Eddie I had an easy stress free experience. Mr. Mullins was impressive from the start. He laid out the process for me and my wife right from the beginning. Told us what to expect, provided solid advice on things like how to prepare our home for sale and to pay attention to little things because they make a difference. All starts for all dimensions as a review may seem to be an exaggeration. But we truly did have a very smooth and friendly experience with Eddie as a realtor. He was very nice all along and responded promptly to all our questions and queries. We felt comfortable in dealing with him. He also gave us extra tips and guidance regarding post house buying issues. All in all, I highly recommend him and will surely approach him first if I need any real estate help.
