He was on our side from the get go! Eddie was focused, detail oriented, and had excellent initiative. By the time I brought any concerns to him throughout the process he had already began working on the resolution. I am a first time home buyer and because of Eddie I had an easy stress free experience. I will continue to go to Eddie for all future realty needs because I could not imagine a better experience than what I had. Team Mullins all the way!

Mr. Mullins was impressive from the start. He laid out the process for me and my wife right from the beginning. Told us what to expect, provided solid advice on things like how to prepare our home for sale and to pay attention to little things because they make a difference. All starts for all dimensions as a review may seem to be an exaggeration. But we truly did have a very smooth and friendly experience with Eddie as a realtor. He was very nice all along and responded promptly to all our questions and queries. We felt comfortable in dealing with him. He also gave us extra tips and guidance regarding post house buying issues. All in all, I highly recommend him and will surely approach him first if I need any real estate help.

I highly recommend Eddie Mullins and team, last year I tried to buy a house but I couldn't, and from that moment on Eddie always checked in with me ready to help, until finally we closed on Aug 19 this year, even after that, he made sure everything was on place. By the way it was a great/fun closing. Thank you all!

Very professional and thorough. The absolute best experience we have ever had with selling a home. Listed home Thursday. Pictures were done late Friday night. House was sold Monday evening. Does not get better than that!

Mr Mullins got me a buyer quick and sold my apartment complex in 2 days at full asking price and what a positive experience it was dealing with a true professional that walked my wife and I through all the steps to get the sale to the close table. Worth every penny and I kinda wish our house we're buying was not a FSBO because it would nice to have Eddie by our side to make it go as smooth as the sale of our apartment building.
